For me, personal training is about more than just exercising. It’s about finding balance – in your diet, your body and your mind. As a personal trainer, I not only help you become stronger and fitter, but also to consciously choose a healthy and balanced lifestyle.

My Story
I’m Sven, and my passion lies in movement, healthy eating, and maintaining a positive mindset. These experiences have taught me how essential nutrition, exercise, and mindset are for overall wellbeing. During my training as a personal trainer, I discovered the power of targeted nutritional advice and tailored exercise programmes. My yoga training further showed me that true health goes beyond physical fitness; it’s also about inner balance and mental strength.

Additionally, I completed a course that deepened my understanding of the central nervous system. This knowledge has helped me better grasp how a healthy mindset and a well-functioning nervous system support each other. The interplay between body and mind forms the foundation for lasting wellbeing and optimal performance.

To further build on this understanding, I obtained a Happiness Coach certificate. I believe that the right mindset and motivation are the foundation for a healthy lifestyle – a journey that’s not only achievable but also enjoyable.
